Orders and payment

Orders are accepted after payment authorization and availability checks. We may contact you when personalization instructions are incomplete, unclear or unsuitable for production.

Personalization responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling and other submitted details. Production begins from the information supplied with the order, and completed personalized items cannot normally be changed.

Product presentation

Colors can vary between displays and physical materials. Handmade, printed and embroidered products may include minor placement or finish variations that do not affect normal use.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. QLY Custom is not responsible for delays outside reasonable control, including carrier, customs, weather or address-related delays.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful personalization content or use store content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
