Shipping & Returns

Personalized gifts need time to be prepared with care. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and can vary by product and season.

Order processing

Orders enter production after payment is confirmed. During busy gifting periods, personalized products may require additional working days. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together after every item is ready.

Delivery and tracking

  • Available delivery services and estimates are shown at checkout.
  • A tracking link is added to your account when the order dispatches.
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, customs or carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns

Because personalized items are created for one recipient, they cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Non-personalized items may be eligible for return when unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photographs. If we confirm a production error, defect or transit damage, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
